Many retailers listed on the site ship anywhere around the world. Some sites are for big and tall women, so shop carefully.
Make Your Own Jeans - custom-fit jeans for men and women. Also custom-fit shirts, jackets, slacks, etc. Customize your rise, leg width, length, etc. Very reasonably priced.
Kingsizedirect.com - men's clothing, waist sizes 36" and up.
Men's Wearhouse - men's clothing sometimes available in-store in 40+ inch inseams.
EBay - sometimes carries larger-sized clothing. You never know what you might find.
